Let’s say what’s actually true

Most of what you’ve been told about this season of your life names it as a deficit. It isn’t one. Here is the more accurate reading.

We map the recurring patterns, the cultural expectations and the archetypal themes shaping this chapter. Where it’s meaningful to you, astrology, Human Design and Gene Keys become mirrors.

    You leave with a clear vision, a chosen focus, and an understanding of what needs to shift.

    Integrate · practice living what you know

    We work with the emotional, relational and embodied patterns that make change difficult. Through somatic practice, parts work, reflection and relational practice, you learn to meet those patterns with awareness and choice. Then we bring it into real moments: expressing a need, holding a boundary, receiving support, making a decision, sharing your work.

    You leave with practices you can use in real moments, and new ways of responding that support your chosen direction.

    We turn direction into clear priorities, achievable milestones and concrete action, drawing on the strategic capacity you already have while honoring your body, your relationships and your values. We review progress, work through what arises and adjust the plan as you learn.

  • Two live teaching and coaching calls each month

    The Integrated Path taught live, and hot-seat coaching where one woman’s work becomes medicine for the whole circle.

  • One “Raise the Barn” call each month

    The whole circle gathers around one woman’s project or chapter and lends her its hands, minds and networks. Your vision leaves your journal and enters a room of capable women who want it to exist.

  • Weekly embodiment practices

    Short, repeatable practices to regulate your nervous system, return to your authentic center, and lead from your body before your mind.

  • Accountability pods of two, rotating monthly

    A partner who knows your commitments this month, and by May, six women who know you deeply.

  • The Integrated Path workbook

    Your map for the six months, including your Human Design and Gene Keys: your archetypal essence, your evolutionary theme, your patterns and your choice points.

  • A private community between calls

    Wins, questions, honest expression and real support, so the work keeps moving between gatherings.

Christine Mira Rose

I’d already built success. A multi-million dollar company. Eight marathons. Boards of non-profits. Years of succeeding inside powerful, masculine-dominated leadership environments, and I lived and breathed that way of being.

Then, at the height of my game, a kundalini awakening and a near-death experience changed the trajectory of my life. As my consciousness expanded, I could no longer live the life I had created. I sold my companies and my home, and set out to close the gap between what I was realizing and the identities I had constructed.

For the past twelve years I have devoted myself to the healing journey: to understanding love, what separates us from our hearts, and what brings us home. Emerge is the integration of everything I have built, studied, practiced, released and become.

I’ve done a lot of inner work already. Is this for me?

Yes. That is exactly who Emerge is for. This is not more insight. It is the room where what you already know becomes how you live, decide and lead, with women who are doing the same.

I run a company. I’m not in the coaching or healing world.

Good. Emerge is built for women who carry real responsibility: founders, executives, leaders of teams and visions. Christine has sat in your seat. The work honors your strategic capacity and asks it to serve something truer.

Is this a business program or a spiritual one?

Both, held in one place. We tend the soul line and the goal line together: the nervous system, the patterns and the archetypal journey alongside priorities, milestones and the project you are bringing into form. Separating them is the problem Emerge exists to solve.

How much time will it ask of me each week?

Expect two to four hours most weeks between live calls, your embodiment practice and your pod partner. The rhythm is designed to fit a full life, and to give energy back rather than take it.

What if I can’t make every live call?

Calls are recorded and shared with the circle, and your pod partner and the community carry the thread between gatherings. That said, this is a live circle, and its power comes from presence. Plan to be there for most of it.

When does it begin, and when should I apply?

We open the container on December 12, 2026 and close it in May 2027. Applications are reviewed as they arrive, and the circle closes when eight women are confirmed. If you feel the pull, apply or book a call now.

What is the refund policy?

Your place in a circle of eight is held for you alone, so the investment is non-refundable once you are confirmed. If you have any hesitation, the discovery call is the place to bring it, before you commit.
